As boat owner, I indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Oriental Harbor Village Marina Association from any claim of any kind or nature whatsoever whether for property damage or personal injury arising out of my use of the slip. I also release any right of subrogation for any insurer insuring my property or use of the slip described herein.
